Yes, they are compatible with both iOS and Android.

Can I use the headphones for phone calls?

Yes, absolutely! To answer an incoming call, press the power button once; to reject the call, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.

How is the sound quality and do they have active noise cancellation (ANC)?

The headphones do not feature active noise cancellation. Instead, they are specifically engineered to deliver an exceptionally pure and immersive sound experience. You'll enjoy a rich, crystal-clear, and authentic sound profile that makes every listening session a genuine pleasure.

What is the battery life and how do I charge them?

You can enjoy up to 12 hours of continuous music playback on a single charge. The headphones feature a USB-C port for convenient charging, allowing you to get several hours of use from just a short charging session.

How is the fit and comfort for long-term wear?

The headphones feature a lightweight yet durable frame, soft foam ear cushions and an adjustable headband. The ear cups fully envelop the ears to significantly block out external noise whilst providing warmth in winter. This combination makes them an ideal choice for long-term listening, home working or travel.

What connectivity options are available? Do they only work with Bluetooth?

They support three distinct listening modes:
1. Bluetooth Mode: For seamless wireless freedom with your compatible devices.
2. Wired Mode: Simply use a 3.5mm audio cable (included in the box) to connect directly to your device, perfect for conserving battery or connecting to in-flight entertainment systems.
3. TF Card Mode: Insert a memory card (not included) to play music directly from the headphones, making them your all-in-one, cable-free personal audio player—ideal for workouts or times when you don't want to carry your phone.

I just received the headphones, how do I use them?

Press and hold the power button until they turn on. The indicator light will turn blue and flash, prompting you to connect via Bluetooth. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth, find the device named P29, and once connected, you can enjoy music. If you are using an audio cable or TF card, simply insert it after powering on.

How to maintain the battery?

Please turn off the headphones before charging;
Do not turn on the headphones while charging;
The headphones should not be left unused for extended periods. Please charge and discharge them once a week to extend battery life.

Shipping & Policy

How long does shipping take?

The shipping time is 5-8 days for UK based customers, 6-9 days for EU based customers and 8-12 days for US based customers and processing time is same day to 3 days, based on products and period. The estimated delivery time is indicated in the shipping section at checkout.

Are customs fees or import taxes included in the price?

For orders shipped within the European Union, no additional customs fees apply.
Also for non-EU countries (including the UK, USA, and Canada), customs fees and import duties are already paid by Keenfalcon, so no customs or extra payments will be required and you will not be required to do anything else. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return period for all purchases.

Here’s how our policy works:

  • Free returns via gift card: If you decide to return your item for a store credit refund, your return is completely free, including prepaid return shipping.
  • Returns for monetary refund: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method (e.g. credit card or PayPal), a small return handling fee may apply.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.

How long does it take to receive a reply from customer service?

We pride ourselves on offering responsive and helpful support. Our customer service team replies to most messages within 24-48 hours on working days. Messages received during weekends or public holidays are answered on the next available business day. During peak seasons, response times may be longer due to high email volumes, but we're continuously expanding our team to improve efficiency and reduce wait times.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. If the order has already shipped, cancellations are not possible,but you can use our return process once the shoes arrive.

My discount code doesn't work, why?

Please make sure Capital letters will be correctly applied when required and please be aware that discount codes are not cumulative. If a discount code still doesn't work it means it has expired. For further questions contact us at help.keenfalcon@outlook.com and we'll further assist you.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?

We take quality control seriously, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately. Provide your order number and photos of the product received. We’ll offer a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund, depending on your preference.
